When a buyer pays for your products, the funds are held by us for 8 days to give the buyer enough time to confirm the product is in order. After which you can request for your funds, when you have crossed the N5,000 threshold. You funds would be sent to your bank account after, our commission is deducted.
No, there is no limit to the number of products you can sell on the website.
You can only sell products that are produced and made in Nigeria. Examples are:
- Agricultural Products
- Materials
- Fashion (Clothes, Footwears, Accessories, etc.)
- Beauty Products
- Cosmetic Products
- Homeware (Furniture, Utensils, Decorative Objects, etc.)
- Edibles, etc.
For Buyers
No, you do not. You can purchase a product as a guess. But without registering, you will be missing out on special offers.
Yes, you can, from the seller’s profile page
You can know trusted sellers buy checking their profile to see if their IDs have been verified.
Also, you can check the seller’s ratings
We have a refund policy, giving you the opportunity to get a refund for the product within 7 days from delivery. After our investigation, and a confirmation that your request is justified, your money will be deposited in your Account Wallet
This is a digital wallet, whereby buyers can use the wallet money for purchasing products from sellers. Buyers can add money to their wallet using various secured payment methods, such as, bank transfer and debit/credit cards, powered by Paystack
